Plymouth, Marshfield, Kingston, Carver, Duxbury, Pembroke, Halifax, Hanover, Plympton, Scituate, Cohasset, Hingham & Norwell.
- Your family meets the income guidelines below.
- Your family exceeds the guidelines below, but your child has special needs.
- You have a foster child.

For each additional family member add $3,480.
