Substitute Teacher – All Locations

Responsibilities:
Help to plan and implement all classroom activities that carry out the goals set forth in the Education Plan. Available to substitute in the classroom teacher role to create and maintain a safe and healthy physical environment that fosters the physical, emotional and cognitive development of young children. Perform teaching activities under supervision of the teacher, while assuming a lead role in working with varying groups of children. Meal assistance and other various activities as assigned.

Core Qualifications:
EEC Comm. Of Ma teaching license preferred in Preschool and IT.

All Head Start candidates must have a current medical certificate, MMR Documentation, TB test, statements of CORI/DSS Background check, and employment application (available on SSCAC website) prior to beginning employment. No benefits apply to these positions.
