Local Heroes Awards Night & Auction
South Shore Community Action Council’s Local Heroes Awards Night is an annual event recognizing those individuals and organizations that demonstrate extraordinary commitment to fighting poverty and exemplify the spirit of community on the South Shore. Our Local Heroes are nominated for their good works by local residents and truly represent the best of the South Shore.
For more than 25 years, this event has brought together community leaders, dignitaries and established business owners who share and support SSCAC’s mission of ending poverty on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
