Help Us Shape The Future of Our Community In Action!
We are currently distributing our 2026 Community Needs Assessment Survey and need your help to ensure every resident has a chance to be heard. This survey is a critical tool that allows us to collect direct input on the needs of families throughout our service area.
We would appreciate just a few minutes of your time to complete this anonymous and confidential survey. As our thanks to you, submit your survey and you can be entered in a raffle to win $200 in Grocery Store Gift Cards!
Ways You Can Help:
Distribute the Survey: Please share the Survey Link or printable flyer with your clients, constituents, and neighbors.
Who Should Take It? We are specifically seeking input from low- and moderate-income individuals and families living in the South Shore, Cape, and Islands.
Why It Matters: Your feedback directly informs our Strategic Plan and helps us secure funding for essential services like Home Energy Assistance, Early Education, and Food Resources.

Translated Versions: Surveys are also available in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole to reach as many neighbors as possible.

SSCAC works to eliminate poverty on the South Shore by coordinating, strengthening, and supplementing community efforts to empower individuals and families so they can live in decency and with dignity, realize their full potential, and participate to the extent of their capabilities in all that our communities have to offer. Together with over 1,000 volunteers and community partners, SSCAC makes a direct and powerful impact on the quality of life, opportunities, strength, and resilience of children, older adults, families, and communities throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
