South Shore Early Education in Marshfield seeks a full-time Teacher Assistant Preschool EEC candidate, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends, salary commensurate with licenses, degree and experience, excellent employee benefits package, paid employee lunch break, in service training. Base pay rate $21.40/hr. with EEC certification.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement daily lessons & curriculum plans using creative curriculum. Assist the Teacher to create and maintain a safe and healthy physical environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of students. Perform assistant teaching activities that align with the EEC and Head Start Performance Standards regulations. Meal assistance, Bus Monitoring and other various activities as assigned.
Core Qualifications:
Commonwealth of Massachusetts EEC teacher certification required. Associate degree in early childhood preferred, CDA considered. Must be able to speak and understand English.
Minimum Requirements at employment:
· All candidates must undergo a CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background check; prior to beginning employment.
· Date of posting 8/19/26, deadline to apply 9/1/26; or until a suitable candidate is found.
· Valid MA state driver’s license.
· Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
